Both Elisabetta in Florence and Ester in Rome were intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.Elisabetta showed us the big tourists sites in Florence but also showed us some of the smaller.She made us want to travel to Florence again!Ester in Rome just brought ancient Rome alive for us.Her passion for the city and its history was magical.Both tour guides were wonderful with our 10-year-old son.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything went well and we learnt so much about in a very short period of time. Lucia was great and so was Caterina. Very good guides, very polite driver in Rome. Hang on to them! I had been working with another touring agency for two weeks and was continually frustrated that I was getting no where in defining costs, which was important for our budget. They made an initial excellent recommendation about seeing Florence first, but that was it. After 2 weeks, I gave up and searched the web, finding your company among others. The description of your agency and the length of time in business was what made me send an initial inquiry. Within 24 hours, not only had you detailed an itinerary to work from, you had all the costs associated with it! The promptness and detail was what won me over immediately. Rachel was excellent and accommodating to work with.
Not only were the initial planning e-mails detailed and the final reservations easy, your organization followed through wonderfully on every aspect. The drivers were courteous and careful, and dressed in suits and ties even in the hot Italian weather (we encouraged them to lose the coat and tie to be more comfortable). Our drive from Pisa to Rome was especially memorable due to the driver’s congeniality; we even invited him to eat with us. As an opera singer, he regaled us with some of his work and our young daughter reciprocated with her own version of Sunrise, Sunset.
The tour guide in Florence, Elizabetta, was energetic, extremely knowledgeable with a masters in Art History and who was also sensitive to our kid’s needs to stop for a drink or some gelato. Again, we asked her to join us for lunch where we could converse some more. Our stop at her favorite gelato shop resulted in us going there 3 more times before leaving Florence. If it wasn’t so hot, we could have gone on for several more hours.
Our tour guide in Rome, Linda, was great; with children of her own, she was sensitive to my son and daughter. She moved at a quicker pace, skipping over some things to get at areas or topics that would be more interesting for the kids.
The cost of the tour seemed expensive to us at first and is why we deleted some things from our original plan. However, after being with the quality of individuals assigned to us, we think that the value for the money is worth it. We will not hesitate to book with you again or to recommend you to friends planning trips to Italy.

We really enjoyed each of our guides.They were very personable and knowledgeable.They were very kind and patient with our children.(Especially Miss Elena in Florence.Our seven year old son adored her from the start and she was very good with him.She held his hand through nearly the entire tour!)My sister in law found you on-line.We were drawn to your site because of your mention of being family friendly and flexible with tour times and itinerary.We emailed back and forth with Rachel.She was so accomodating and helpful.We would absolutely use your group again.

Our time in Rome was fantastic! suggested itinerary was great for the 2 days we used your services – a perfect mix to keep everyone in our party interested and engaged despite the fact that we ranged in age from 10 to 76! tour guide Ms. Lucia was amazing!!I cannot say enough about her. took extra care to include and point out things to ensure that our youngest son, (Kevin age 10) had a wonderful time!!Kevin wants to know when he can go back and attend gladiator school!The grandmas also thought she was fantastic. My mother in law has done a great deal of travelling in the 10 years that she has been retired -- in fact, she has covered most of the globe by plane, train, car and ship and she said that Lucia was the most informative tour guide she has ever come a cross!! English was perfect (much better than ours) and her Italian was beautiful. choices of lunch spots gave our group a true taste of Roman food. My husband initially asked me how we were going to cover everything you suggested in6 hours each day, but we did and never felt rushed. children fell in love with Rome and want to know when we will be going back! made sure they threw coins into the Trevi Foutain. The drivers were great (they were different each day) and accommodated my Mother on the stops she skipped due to her limited mobility.The Mercedes vans were very comfortable.My Mom enjoyed chatting with Lucia when she was unable to accompany us at the Catacombs.Lucia got my Mom a wheel chair at the Vatican Museum to make our tour move along since there was so much we wanted to see!It was great to be able to walk into every site we visited without having to wait in line.only regret was that we had only 2 full days in Rome. services are excellent and I plan to tell everyone how wonderful your company is!!

Thank-you!! We really enjoyed our tours. In fact, it was the best part of our trip. We had a terrible experience in Florence with our accommodations and our tours really saved the trip!! We would have liked to have had Marco for both our Florence tour and the day trip. We really enjoyed him and it would have been nice to have the same guide for 2 days, but we were very happy with everything. Marco was a wonderful guide. We had a great day out with him. He was great with the kids and very informative for us. was the best guide we had. Highly recommend him.Lisa

We visited Rome in July and had Lucia as our tour guide and everything was so brilliant. Lucia was just divine with my daughters aged 10 and 12 and they now think of her as their older sister. My husband and I found her extremely charming and very knowledgable. Lucia imparted facts to the girls in a way that they understood, were interested and remember to this day. My husband and I have beent o Rome many times and we felt as thoughw e were seeing it for the first time. Lucia is a natural!
I would recommend this tour to anyone. It was completely worth the money and we enjoyed everything about it.
